What is homosexuality, really?

Nature or nurture or both or neither?

My Psychology teacher purposely skipped THAT chapter and I really want to know what Psychologists nowadays are saying about it!

I mean, is it a psychological disorder, is it purely mental or physical? If it is anything like all psychological characteristics, I would have to use the psychosocial approach to define it, and yet, many scientists and intellectuals alike disagree! So which is it?! Why can’t science explain this phenomenon?

I personally think it is some sort of human evolution in the works that we won’t know how it turns out until many many many many many years down the road…maybe its a built in sociological birth control in a certain percentage of the population’s anatomy?! That’s what I’m thinking, but who really knows? I can’t find anyone who will give me a straight answer (haha, no pun intended!) so I’m forced to just make non-solid assumptions…



It is that thing which decent people would not like to discuss in public.
